Sundried Tom pesto from Janet

1 cup sundried Tom's
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup parsley leaves lightly packed
3 cl garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp b pepper
Soak tomatoes o/nite in balsamic to soften. Process parsley & garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Process until smoothish. Adjust seasoning.
